[ you ever just find a dm from two weeks ago that you forgot all about until now. anyway she's peeved about it all over again so she's going to dm wrio in the middle of the night even though they're like. a couple of beds away in this van. lmao. ]
I just remembered something. What did you do to Vergilius?

[ Sometime after the team arrives back on base, but before they head out to Okinawa, a small gift box is left outside of Wrio's door. There is no tag on it, but there is a small note inside.
Before the trip to Las Vegas became what it was, I had bought souvenirs with what I promise were good intentions. I thought maybe about getting rid of them, but figured I would leave that for you to decide. Keep it if you like, but I won't be offended if it wasn't exactly a trip you want to remember.
Otherwise, I hope they bring you luck if you use them.
It's signed with Raidou's full title. Inside the box is a set of casino playing cards and dice. Had to be something small enough to smuggle home in a duffle bag, after all.]

(Some time early in the month, a white hummingbird drone will deliver a small sample tea tin and traditional sweets. A green label is attached to it and written in neat writing is,)
新茶
("Shincha" or "New Harvest Tea."
Along with it is a short note, also handwritten but not signed,)
This tea is made from the first leaves harvested in the spring. It can only be purchased at this time of year. I've heard it's even more difficult to procure in this world so there isn't much to share.
If you want to try more teas in this world, it would be a shame to miss this one.
(The tea itself will have a lighter and naturally sweeter taste given the leaves that were used. There are specific instructions for how to brew it and there is enough for maybe 2-3 servings. As for the candy itself, it seems to be a sweet mochi with a red bean center covered in agar jelly cubes. He might figure out they're supposed to be hydrangeas which are season right now. )

Greetings Duke,
While reviewing the "system" and the names within it, I had come to the awareness of this title being used freely on the network. One could only envision my genuine surprise at the concept that our empire's very own Duke may be here.
Naturally, I was in much disbelief, but decided to write you the following message in hopes of confirming your identity. It would be a shame for me not to recognize my own father-in-law to be, after all.
You do certainly have black and hair and blue eyes, do you not?
I look forward to your response. As you know delaying a response to royalty is a crime. But, you would hardly make such a grievous error, would you?
Tossing and turning while awaiting your reply,
Callisto Regulus

Dear Duke,
It has come to my attention that you...
Have rather loose lips.

Hello, Wriothesley.
I'm sure you're quite busy, so I'll get to the point.
What do mortals like to do indoors for fun?

( albeit, from another outsider and not from the sender.
it seems the "gift" giver doesn't exactly know which room wriothesley is staying in and hasn't bothered to look it up, and so they haphazardly shoved it on someone in his wing... that i am now god-modding.
it's a small package, crudely wrapped in parcel-paper, the digital age still producing such thanks to it being harder to trace. once unpacked, wriothesley will discover an equally unrefined-looking wooden... toad, whittled to imperfection on either end by someone who clearly doesn't have the patience for sculpting, but gradually started to treat the assignment with more care when it came to its sunken eyes and the indentations for the webbed feet and hands. there's no letter, and no real... oh. there's a name inscribed underneath it in surprisingly legible handwriting that everyone can understand—"izou".
enjoy your apology (?) toad. )

Greetings. I would like to see you, if this is possible. There is something I need to talk about.
I am currently at the graveyard and will be until late into the night. Otherwise, another day at a time and place of your convenience will do just as well. Thank you.

[ There's a polite knock on the door. When Wriosthesley opens it, Kabru will be there to greet him. On his shoulder is a raven drone with a fanciful letter in its beak. ]
Hello. Is this Mr. Wriothesley?
Hello. Is this Mr. Wriothesley?
[ Surprise! It is not Wriothesley who opens the door, but a 138 cm girl with a quite obviously inhuman feature: "ears" that protrude from the top of her head. Hi. Hello.
Despite that, she cheerily says: ]
Monsieur Wriothesley, speaking!

i wrote a tag of him being stressed out by having the door closed on him and deleted it OKMSYRJ
[ around the time of the tdm, there will be a little baggy left at wrio's door containing: a nice pair of leather gloves his size and a bunch of teabags picked out by someone who obviously doesn't know anything about tea. there is a note attached that reads "Wriothesley" ]
[ a couple of days after they'd made up on the tdm, ishmael's hummingbird drone - a seemingly cute white one with a suspicious red patch on its front - comes hovering into view, and it won't stop pecking relentlessly at wriothesley's head until he chooses to accept the gift it carries in its beak, along with a digital note. ]
I did say I was going to make it up to you. I've been eyeing them for a long while now, so it's the best time as any to get them for you.
Hope you like it. And... thank you.
[ no accompanying poem, sorry u_u but hopefully the earrings she got him will suffice. don't ask how much overtime work she'd done just to afford them. ]

Your Grace! Wriothesley! Have you had a chance to read the advertisement for the community stew?
